Joann's Fabric store has the cutting mats and cutters on deal - 30% - until August 26th - Any school employee can take in proof of employment and get a 15% discount card for use for a year that can be used on most everything in the store.  There's a 20% off coupon that you can use once when you first sign up.  I thought they had a better selection of rotary cutters, mats and rulers than either Fabric Hut or Hancocks.  Beware this is a very addictive habit :)
