After checking and re checking before placing the order with Craig at Evergreen, it is obviou sI missed a couple of things. Screwed up is actually more like it.

Here's my issue:

I'm short:
2 XXL sweat shirts (Jeff)
1 XXXL long sleeve T shirt  (Tim Bevers)
5 XL hoodies (Donia, Mike and me)

Here's what I have extra (kinda wonder how I screwed this up???)
3 XXL hoodies
1 XXXL hoodie
2 XL sweats

I will contact Craig ASAP (if he's open Sat.) and see if we can do an emergency order. I'll let everyone know what I find out. AND...if you want something else, NOW is the time to add it!

I will bring the shirts to anybody on the attendee list for dinner tonight. Besides, three big boxes of shirts really fills up my office!

Hey Dale, Kath and I are back in town now after spending a wonderful week chilling out at North Top Sail Beach, NC.  I'll try to stop by one afternoon early this week to pick up our shirts. Can't wait to see them !!  I believe we ordered one XL T-shirt and one LG hoodie.

I'll pick up my shirts on Saturday morning, if thats OK with you. Can't make it to Monterey on Friday evening. Will be there for the Sat. run to Cass, even though we may drive very near my home.

Not a problem! I have a MINI full of shirts. Seriously, 3 friggin boxes of shirts! If anyone wants to meet up on the way a carry one of the boxes my back seat passenger would really appreciate it. 

I do have spares of most everything, so if anyone wants an extra, I got ya covered more than likely. 

If you ordered a shirt and didn't make the FCR I still have it. PM or email me and we'll figure out how to get together. I'll also contact everyone individually.

If you want a spare, or didn't get on initially, I do have several spares of them. T's, a few long sleeve T's, sweats and several hoodies (which were darn nice on the cool, breezy days).

I need a XL I could send someone to go pick my shirt up for me since I'm not in VA right now if you let me know where I can tell them where to pick it up at.  I really want one of those shirt they look great.  Thanks.
