Love the "mini" wreath.  That has to be the smallest wreath I have ever seen.  LOL

Great pics Wendy.  Looks like it was a blast.  Makes me wish I was back home instead of in the desert.

Sherry, you aren't kidding.  You can see how it glistens in the photos.  I wish I could afford to get a new car.  But, I will have to wait for the next great deal.

Great, another version of IE that doesn't work right.  We still haven't gotten IE 7 to work right at work.  I can only imagine all the issues IE 8 will pose.

I got lucky.  I did an E-Ballot about a week ago.  Gotta love technology!

A crusty old Marine Sergeant Major found himself at a gala event hosted by a local liberal arts college.
 
There was no shortage of extremely young idealistic ladies in attendance, one of whom approached the Sergeant Major for conversation. 

"Excuse me, Sergeant Major, but you seem to be a very serious man. Is something bothering you?" 

"Negative, ma'am. I'm just serious by nature." 

The young lady looked at his Awards and Decorations and said, "It looks like you have seen a lot of action.
 
"Yes, ma'am, a lot of action." 

The young lady, tiring of trying to start up a conversation, said, "You know, you should lighten up a little. Relax and enjoy yourself." 

The Sergeant Major just stared at her in a his serious manner. 

Finally the young lady said, "You know, I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but when is the last time you had sex?" 

"1955, ma'am."
 
"Well, there you are. You really need to chill out and quit taking everything so seriously! I mean, no sex since 1955!" 

She took his hand and led him to a private room where she proceeded to "relax" him several times. Afterwards, panting for breath, she leaned against his bare chest and said, "Wow, you sure didn't forget much since 1955!" 

The Sergeant Major, glancing at his watch, said in his serious voice, "I hope not, it's only 2130 now."

Don't ya love military time?

The car in the reflection looks to be a Honda Accord.  Possibly a Civic.

  'Hello, is this the Sheriff's Office?'

         'Yes. What can I do for you?'

      'I'm  calling to report 'bout my neighbor Virgil Smith ...He's hidin'  marijuana inside his firewood! Don't quite know how he gets it inside them logs, but he's hidin' it there.'

         'Thank you very much for the call, sir.'

        The next day, the  Sheriff's Deputies descend on Virgil's house.
   
                They search the shed where the firewood is kept.  Using axes, they bust open every piece of wood, but find no marijuana. They sneer at Virgil and leave.

         Shortly, the phone rings at Virgil's house.

          'Hey, Virgil! This here's Floyd....Did the Sheriff come?'

          'Yeah!'

         'Did they chop your firewood?'

          'Yep!'

         'Happy Birthday,  buddy!'

   (Rednecks know how to git-r-dun).

Sad News.

Please join me in remembering a great icon of the entertainment
community. The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeast infection and trauma
complications from repeated pokes in the belly. He was 71.

Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin. Dozens of celebrities turned
out to pay their respects, including Mrs.
Butterworth, Hungry Jack, the California Raisins, Betty Crocker, the Hostess
Twinkies, and Captain Crunch. The grave site was piled high with flours.

Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy and lovingly described Doughboy as a man who
never knew how much he was kneaded. Doughboy rose quickly in show business, but
his later life was filled with turnovers. He was not considered a very smart
cookie, wasting much of his dough on half-
baked schemes. Despite being a little flaky at times, he still was a crusty old
man and was considered a positive roll model for millions.

Doughboy is survived by his wife Play Dough, three children: John Dough, Jane
Dough and Dosey Dough, plus they had one in the oven. He is also survived by his
elderly father, Pop Tart. The funeral was held at 3:50 for about 20 minutes.

There is a store on Battlefield, just south of Lowes on the same side of the street that sells only scrubs.

I voted for Sydney too!!!  Finally something that actually works on these darn Army computers.  LOL  I thought the Navy had a terrible computer system.   

Well I am about to pose a question or two about related to a non-Mini car.  I have a co-worker with an older BMW who is looking for a place in the Hampton Roads area that does a very good paint job.  I know many of you have tried various body shops in the area and hopefully someone can give me a few pointers to pass on.  He is looking to possible do the complete car including door jams and everything.  Also he is looking for a good upholstery shop that works with leather. 

Any help you all can provide would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks everyone.

It was on an off ramp about 20 miles south of downtown Kuwait City.  It looked pretty bad though

This is when you know you are having a really bad day.  I saw this today on my way home from town.  That had to hurt.
