Really wish I could make this one. My ship will be underway for this event. Yay...  Had a good time last year though. Surely gonna hate missing it this year! *stomps feet like a little kid*

Might make this one as I do not work that weekend. But need to make sure my ship is not pulling out during that time.

Well if that's the case on the front page. I could easily transition hrmini onto my web server with the current webmasters permission. I have a buddy from NC that I play online games with who has alot of experience with website designs. And could even whip something new up or update the current site with a fresh look. Those who are currently administering the site or are in contact with the Webmaster let me know.

Me and Stephanie really wanted to go to the Spring Fling. But friends of ours got married on Saturday. And we were glad we didnt because Stephanie ended up going to the hospital with excrutiating pain to find out she had a kidney stone and thankfully was not early pregnancy complications. But how many of our members are military? That can prevent alot of us from coming due to Duty days and deployment and sea trials. I agree with other replys regarding economy/monetary issues. And e-mail notifications would help alot. Should make more use of the HRMini facebook group too and RSVP's. Freshening up the website may help too. I know this is a free club. But we should at times put some dues up to chip in for merchandise (badges, hats, logo stickers, shirts,etc) also for picnics and other small events. That way one person does not have to take the burden of cashing out to have neat things made up for the club. There's many things we can do. We just need to do a serious sit down at maybe our next pub meet and structure a real plan together. We say on the forums we will go over things at the meet. But we really just start coking and joking.. Just a thought.. I know "we" have a good time. But when somebody comes and checks us out they are never heard of again. I know me and stephs first meet was awkward last year, but after our 2nd meet it went from there. Maybe there is something we can formulate to welcome newcomers to the HRMini mafia family, to make them more interested to come back and be involved. It's sketchy right now but we are all bright people and can come up with something. Ok well I need to get going.. Will check this topic later on today.

lol if he is gonna trek all the way to Poquoson. Why not take him to The Pub?    But I see what your saying. That is way off track when he can easily stop in Richmond and get back onto 95 to 85 down to Chapel Hill in 2-3hrs. Instead of making a 4hr trip from Poquoson.

Might just go with Gloss black though....cause I still want to get red Samco hoses...and that would be too much red ya think?

Any celeb that owns a Mini is cool. But one that mistakes another as theirs is even better... hehe
