That's a bad motor mount Trish.  They are oil dampened, meaning they have oil in them.  If you are still under warranty that should be a warranty repair.

In this order...

Craig's List.  I say this because people are FINALLY learning to use the search function on there.  Give it a week or so on there.

Autotrader.com

As hot as Minis are right now I would say eBay is your best bet to reach the widest market. Make sure that you mention in your ad that it is also advertised locally and you reserve the right to pull the auction early if you get an acceptable offer here.  Also demand a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit from the winning bidder.  Set your reserve at a price that you will be happy with and, with any luck, a bidding war will drive the price up higher than that.  That will help offset the eBay fees.

Hey Jeff, for me and maybe some of the others that may not know, what do you do and where? Sounds like ya got a pretty lean crew.

I hate being stretched that thin. Been there, done that. Occasionally we'll have a body tech leave. The guys like the fact that work gets divided up by less people. But they soon get burned out trying to keep up. We're that way now in the office. We only have two of us writing estimates and we write more estimates than any other Maaco center in the chain. To the tune of 130 average estimates a week.

I work at the Navy base for a contractor.  I'm listed as "tradesperson II" but I was performing the job of a logistician before my boss quit.  Now I'm filling his position as a logistics analyst II (buyer) but he was way further up the food chain than LA II.  The job isn't really hard but it's VERY stressful and tedious.  The stress of money being tight is just compounding the problem.

Just curious but, of those 130-ish estimates, how many of them do you get the job to do?  I haven't been to your shop before but damn!  Even if you get just 25% of them you guys are cranking out some repairs/paint jobs/etc!

Believe me, I want to go...  Hell, I need to get away for a bit!   With the situation at work and how tight money is at the moment it's very doubtful that I'll be able to go.  For the last two and a half years at work, it has been three people doing the job of five.  Now it's two people doing the work of five but with the compensation of two.  icon_frown    In short, my boss quit and they've dumped his responsibilities and duties in my lap with minimal training but they haven't given me a promotion nor the considerable raise that goes along with it.

I've decided that if they don't make some sort of move within the next few weeks, whether it's to replace my boss or give me his job and pay and get a new guy to do my old job, I'm probably going to move on to a different company.  087  I was already to the point where I am looking for a second job to help make ends meet and I thought that if I got this promotion it would help get me on a more even keel.   I guess time will tell...

I've got the burgers Jeff.  I don't know how many are in each package but I have two packages of them.  They are the big sleeves of Kirkland sirloin burgers.

If you are bringing main part of the meal or an important prep. item, please plan on being there around this time so that the meal goes off without a hitch.   Thank you!

I sure hope that it goes off without a hitch!  Have you ever tried to chew one of those damn things?  106  icon_mrgreen

"Whatever you give a woman, she's going to multiply. If you give her
sperm, she'll give you a baby.

If you give her a house, she'll give you a home. If you give her
groceries, she'll give you a meal.

If you give her a smile, she'll give you her heart. She multiplies and
enlarges what is given to her.

So - if you give her any crap, you will receive a ton of jelly."

Love and appreciate all the women in your life.

Crap flavored jelly?   Eeeew!  078
