Sound off on this thread if you are participating as listed below.  Remember that you can decorate using one or both themes:  Strawberries and Memorial Day (patriotic red, white and blue).

Also I updated my original post in the Pungo Strawberry Sign Up list thread as well and of course the parade details are there.  Please read to stay up to date!

Note:  There was a little interest in having a float, but nothing materialized. We are too close to the parade date to get a float organized so perhaps next year. Thanks to those who made an effort.

Just letting you know. . .Cloe will be in the shop getting fixed from the accident. . .so we will have to take Merlin (dark silver) just in case anyone was worried about a color scheme or something. . .and we don't have magnets. . .

ok gang, we had a last minute drop out from the parade which left me with the only available last minute replacement of my bride Cheryl to take the newly opened spot.  so we are still at 10 MINIs.

If you are on the list below you are expected to be at the pre-parade meeting place of the Sonic at Red Mill Commons in Virginia Beach no later than 8:30 AM or if you are a morning person even earlier. My NUMBER IS 675 8864  Call me if you think you will not be on time for whatever reason.

At Sonic we can grab a drink and a bite to eat and then form up. Please be at Sonic no later than 8:30 AM.

At 8:45 those driving in the parade will begin to form up in the WalMart Parking Lot adjacent to the Sonic. As soon as we are formed up and in order we will transit in parade formation and order from the Walmart Parking Lot to Parade Staging area.

Parade Details
Saturday, May 26th 2007 at 10 AM.
Staging Area at Old Coast Guard Station Airfield in Pungo off of Flannigans Road.

HRMINI is UNIT 30A.

Weather Forecast is WARM! and SUNNY!.  Bring bottles of water, sunscreen, hats, and dress for the weather.  Maybe even a folding chair or two.  Don't forget your cameras, stickers, magnetics, grill badges, ribbons or what ever you need for the parade.
