I already set my calendar to give me reminders of the events I want to keep track of...

If you want to go to an event bad enough, you won't forget the date.

If you feel that you need a reminder then ask the person hosting the event to send you an e-mail, OR write it down on the calendar.

I don't like getting junk in my email.

I think reminders would be great!  Is there any way to add it as an option to select under "profile"?
