I've been checking CT's DMV vanity plate site.  FOOL 68 is available (not surprised), but so is plain old FOOL (which was my first choice 3 years ago).  Much to my chagrin, my wife's idea, MTCHBX, is available too.  I think I prefer FOOL, but FOOL 68 has become a bit of an icon.  I use it as my user name, and I've got it on the T-shirts that I made.  It kind of sounds like a ship number.  MTCHBX is just kind of funny, and I was suprised it was out there.  The closest I could get to MINI oriented plates was MIN-1, but CT makes you put the dash between the letters and numbers, so it looks weird.   Other personal favorite ideas, JESTER and TARDIS were already taken.

Any votes?

Bummer that Vanity Plates are way more expensive in CT.  Really, it's the other way around... they're extremely cheap in VA.

Just got my registration transferred to CT, so I've rekindled my vanity plate interest.  I've come to find out that "LTSMTR" is also available.  Dare I pass up the rare opportunity to a get such a mini-centric plate?

Would be much easier if there was a space between the LTS and the MTR........LTS MTR. Don't know if that's possible in your state, it is in VA....and taken.

I can put a dot between them, but not a space. And I'm limited to 6 characters either way.  VA was easier to work with since there were 7 characters.

That's a shame. Good luck to you. The funniest personalized plate I ever saw was on a Lexus in VA, took my wife and I about 1/4 mile to figure out...helped that there was a sticker in the window for "The American Urological Association"...his plate was RUPNOK..........................Spell it out !

The question in the picture is "Would you pass a car with this license plate?"  The answer is "If they had an NRA sticker on the window, NO....make that HELL NO !
