Ok mini lovers, it's time to start planning for another Fall Colors Drive. If you didn't go last year, you missed out on the most rustic hotel this side of the Mississippi, not to mention some beautiful and extremely fun back roads and scenery. Updated first post to reflect new weekend option. October 14th (if you guys are interested) MiniUSA is putting on an autocross at Hampton Coliseum, where after our runs, we can then dog out an '07 on course and laugh at how much faster the R53 is! :D I'm seriously ok with any of the weekend options (but am leaning towards the end of month weekends more.)
Let me know if you guys want to change your votes. :D

2nd question....I already voted for the 12-14 but I want to change my vote. I'd like to vote for 26-28 October.

First question....where is the info. on the MINI USA autocross?
I'm waiting to get the approval from Simon regarding CF fronting the cash for the Coluseum. I hope to post something by Monday or Tuesday. |

We had so much fun last year, but when school starts all our Friday and Saturdays will be booked up with football games, parades, and competitions ending with the Norfolk Holiday parade on Nov. 17th.
I encourage eveyone to go, if you can, on a Fall run. You'll have a blast.
Ben and Don will take you along some roads with beautiful scenic views

I also vote for the weekends before/after Halloween. My folks and other family will be visiting the OBX October 6-21, so our weekends will be spent with them during that time. We missed the run last year and don't want to miss it again this year!

I voted for the first weekend.
I have a class on the 28 so if it is that weekend I will not make it.
For all that are thinking about it we had a blast last year. Even though it was past peak up there it was still beautiful.

Slim chance that the weekend of 11/2- 11/4 would be the only weekend we could make this trip. It's also the end of daylight savings time. Doesn't that mean we gain an hour? :P
