I didn't realize that car had a sequential gearbox...somehow I failed to notice how he moved his hand to downshift a couple gears...now I see...it makes the engine sounds while downshifting make more sense too.

Those group B videos are always amazing that it took a few years before they realized it was a little bit dangerous to spectators.

Get a load of this vid......Straight cut gears.....whining so loud and high pitched you think you're in a dentist office, it will hurt your teeth.  His starting position makes me wonder what the hell happened during qualifying...was he towing a trailer?

Sorry, I just clicked on the link and it says broken URL
 Search on youtube for   "straight cut gears"  it's Dutch Supercar Championships and the incar is a BMW 320.....enjoy

the straight cut gears vid was awesome.  had to turn it off eventually to prevent headache.

i think the nurburgring video starts off on the GT track and then connects to the nordschliefe... i didnt know they did that... must have been a special event.
