Hampton Roads Club Mini - Who Wants To Celebrate?

IntroDuctions... I (tim) and my wife (Amanda) drive the 2007 Cooper Chili Red and White that has the HUGE 33 on the side and the checkered body swoop.... i have wanted a MINI since BMW decided to release them in the US in 2002. However at the time I was a Single Sailor who had met the woman of his dreams... so the car waited and Amanda got her ring...

Now we are starting our new adventure. While i was in Afghanistan for a year, i got orders to report to the Naval Hospital in Naples, Italy. So in December we will be getting on a plane for Italy, with Red somewhere in the Atlantic headed for Italy as well. Her Travel time will be a bit longer (4 weeks) than ours (hours) so....

OK, Is it wrong that since I (tim) have been back from afghanistan (6 days) that i have been on a rally and in the dealership like 3 times.... ok so twice, but none the less.... I have Great News... In the boot of Big Red... I have...Brand new 15" White Rotator Spoke Rims... and on Wednesday Red is getting all sorts of new stuff, The Upgrades Continue... I CANT wait to see the new Rims!

We are going up to Richmond for the MINI show on the 28th if anyone wants to see her new look in person...
