This is your friendly MINI Motoring Advisor Nathan DeBaise here at CF MINI. I just wanted to give a bit of information to everyone if they are interested. As you may or may not know you can go to MINIUSA.com right now and build your very own 2008 MINI cooper Hardtop or clubman or convertible. I'm sure you may have also noticed that the base price of the vehicle has not changed from the 07 to 08 model year, unfortunately the packages have been changed around and now are about $100 more. There are some things that are a bit cheaper so depending on what your ordering it could very well be close to the same price. So no huge price increases for next year. No major changes either. Obviously the new flat tire monitoring system is already in place, which started mid year on 2007 models. To my understanding they are supposed to be coming out with the one touch down and one touch up operation on all 08 models, probably not the convertibles because they are still on the old chassis, but I am thinking we will not know offically until the cars come in and I can make it work both ways

Your can order your very own 2008 MINI Cooper/Cooper S/ Cooper Clubman/Cooper S Clubman. They are officially available for order. So if you would like one reserved it would be $1,000.00 fully refundable deposit and whatever you want. Of course, the vehicle will not arrive until the at the least, the end of Feburary.
