Copied from Highlander post on C7M ( Thanks Randy ) 023 :

Enjoy a 45 mile drive through the beautiful Virginia countryside while hunting for clues to solve the Seven Cities MINI / HRMINI first annual Road Rally Scavenger Hunt! Our final destination will be Virginia’s number one Italian Restaurant, The Fox Hunter Grill, situated on the picturesque Rockahock Campgrounds (http://www.rockahock.com) in Lanexa Virginia. The Fox Hunter Grill will open especially for us (1– 4pm) with a sumptuous buffet of classic Italian dishes to make this truly an “ITALIAN JOB” event. The Fox Hunter Grill only seats 125, so make your reservations now on this web site or HRMINI. Prizes will be awarded for: most correctly answered questions, best time, and happiest team and others as we go. Due to road safety issues, it is highly recommended that each MINI/Mini driver bring a partner to serve as navigator / clue finder. This will help improve your speed, prevent wrong turns, keep your MINI/Mini safe, and find answers to the riddles and clues. Expect to have a car-full of fun!

Rendezvous Point: Yorktown Pub
Date: Saturday, Feb 16th
Time: 10:00
Roll Time: 10:30
Buffet Cost: $15.00

Let me know here to reserve you a spot at the Fox Hunter Grill.

Actually Simon was the test compiler.  100  My contribution has mostly been the routes and logistics side of the house.  icon_lol  However, we still hear from Simon so I wouldn't dismiss the level of difficulty yet.  096  Although I do plans to have everyone's fun meters pegged.  026 Oh and did I mention Italian food 038 038 038

Sounds like a fun event with good fun and lots of great MINI owners, but unfortunately CF does not like the idea of a motoring advisor taking off a Saturday. To top the cake the Clubman debut is that day Feb. 16, 2008. So Definitely a no go for me, but I hope everyone enjoys the run!

The owner of the Fox Hunter Grill and crew is 1st generation Italian.  icon_lol So the food is real and they have real Italian music and ice cream. 038  So this is pretty real without a passport and jet lag. 023

How is Simon these days?  Has he moved back to the UK permanently?   Just curious how things are going with him...  Thanks Randy.
