Hampton Roads Club Mini

  Really no dues.  We're more a bunch of friends that have met on the road, website, word of mouth, etc...

Aprilwhine, who is now in Vegas, brought eveybody (Mini owners, spouses, family and friends) together here for communication  about  tech, mods, advice, general info.    We gather for dinners, Auto X, ice cream, site seeing, etc.  Here's this month's calendar so far:

There's Auto X this Sunday at Little Creek Amphib Base.
Unless you have a base sticker you need to be on the access list.

We're a "disorganized group" that just enjoy each others company who go by (borrowing words from awood) "If you plan it they will come" So if there's a place you'd like to go, even out of town, and want some company give us a time and we'll meet you there.

We would still like to get two stickers and we'll try to make the Handels Ice Cream get together. Another option is to meet Obe in the parking lot of B-1268 at LaRC if he's willing.

Also noticed a gray/black striped MINI parked across from his building. Know who that is?

Had a great time chatting with you and Barb too.    Ended up shopping at target afterwards and doing the endcap shopping.     When you guys are up to doing the Target, Barnes & Nobel, Best Buy rounds let us know. 

If anyone on the list is not going to make it to Handel's let me know so I can get the stickers to you by mail or meet.

Wanted to go for Ice Cream but was power washing the deck that still isnt done as of yet. If you give me your PP address I can shoot the $$$ to ya quick and you can either mail them to me or we can meet up with you somewhere and pick them up..

Wife got her Mini today so we are both in the house now and believe it or not we can fit BOTH of them in the garage.....LOL

Its a 2 car garage but only has the one big door so fitting 2 reg vehicles inside was almost impossible just for that fact.

She gave me some room and Im in...........WoooooooooooooooooooHoooooooooooooooooooo

She did surprise me today also. Since Im doing mine in a checker theme and I showed some major interest in the rear view mirror attactment and the mirror attachments she got them for me but didnt tell me till we were at Chilis eating lunch.

She is such a sneak but Im glad she did it cause I was working her pretty good....LOL
