First fill up on the Altima took 17 gallons at $4.15.   icon_sad  $70.55 give or take.  Crazy business this gas issue.  Where will it end?  Has anyone else moved to shopping online more instead of heading out to the retail store?  I've cut back going anywhere as much as possible.  102

We put over $80.00 in the Hummer yesterday....that just stinks!  We're getting over 17 mpg but still I just hate getting cut off at $75 and re-swiping the card to continue.  icon_eek

Put $56 in Chester the other day and I about fell over.  Thank God he gets pretty good gas mileage with driving 84 miles a day to & from work!  087

With me being layed up, we're saving on gas . Only one car driven daily.

Steve, what kind of mileage are you getting in the clubman?  Just curious...  PopcornEmoticon

Yep, I'm starting to think a horse and buggy might be cheaper.  Horse can graze on my grass in the back yard.  That'll save me gas money on the mower.

Last Thursday I found premium gas at both BP stations on Princess Anne Road at $3.88 a gallon.  I couldn't believe it. 103  I didn't really need gas in the Mini but topped it off anyway spending $24.00.  Later that afternoon I passed by the station on the way home and it was the same price.  I decided to head home and grab the Ford F150 truck for a well needed fill up after the Hubby ran it home on empty from VIR trailering the Shelby GT500.  That fill up was $75.00. 088  It was just too hot  074 to de-garage the Shelby and fill it up also.  I'm sure that would've been another bite out of the pocket because it was sitting on empty icon_frown also from the trailer ride home from the track.  Hubby's playtime 044 is tugging 079 at the pockets bad.

Last night and this morning the BP on PA and S Plaza was still that price and had a VERY FULL lot!
Has anyone tried this tool and/or found it to be useful or even accurate?   102

Enter your zip code in the site below to locate gas stations in your area with the cheapest prices (and the highest).  I understand that it's updated every evening.

I paid $46 for just under 11 gallons this past weekend. That's the most I've ever spent to fill Peanut. Thankfully I've stopped going home at lunchtime to let the puppies out; cut my gas consumption in half... Puppy pee pads are a whole lot cheaper than a tank of gas!!! And they're even starting to 'get it' that they're supposed to go on them instead of the floor!

Holy pee pads, those dogs aren't housebroke yet?   108  Thankfully they're only capable of tiny puddles.  lol

Actually, they are housebroken, and have been for a while. But when I went from coming home at lunch to being away for 9 or more hours, they couldn't hold it. They try, but just can't go that extra hour or two. When Marty gets home before me by a few hours, they're fine. When he gets home around the same time I do, they're not. Pee pads are just a little extra protection until they fully get it. When we're home on the weekends, they never go in the house because they get let out every so often.
