Why not just buy one with a black roof to begin with? I think I'm losing something in translation here...  017

After he bought black rims he decided that the black roof would compliment the look.  Kind of like your hat matching your shoes.  LOL

Well kids... hoping I'll have this sold this week.  Showed it to an impressed gentleman on Sunday, who works 4 days on, 4 days off, and who should be letting me know his decision on Thursday or Friday.  Wish me luck...

I'm eyeballing an equally British vehicle as replacement...   2005 Jaguar S-type R, 28,000 miles, only $23,900   Not too bad for an original $63,000 rocket with 400 hp 400 tq.   096 096 080 080

Jack,

Nope, I still have it.  A fella drove it last Sunday and going to decide tomorrow yay or nay.  Tell your friend to call me right away, as I'd love to keep it in the family here.  I'm free tonight no problem, or tomorrow morning.  My cell is 535-5773.

I sold my Mini this morning to a nice young 19 or 20 year old guy from Lynchburg, who hopefully will be driving it with us on the Fall Colors Run!  (Hmm.. I wonder if he'll let me run a few miles? )

Anyhow, that means I'm now finally in position to deal on my next car, which I'm still really torn on what to buy.  I guess we'll figure it out soon enough.  I'll keep everyone posted.

Ben did you see the review of the 135i on bimmerfile.com?  They say that the car is a blast to drive!   002
