Looks as though MINI is going to be selfish and keep my new MINI until closer to the "sales release" date of July 14th. So I haave to sit here everyday for the next 2 weeks and watch it do nothing! GGGRRRRRRrrrrr..... I better go track down MINI's phone number so I can leave them a pleasant message  094!  Just kidding.... Looks like I will just have to be patient. In the meantime. I will sit here and watch the screen........


Nothing has changed yet.....(still watching)

There is an unwritten law that states; the senority card can not be thrown on a Saturday and there is a clause that states especially on the last saturday of the month. It was in the fine print when I signed on!

It would be kind of cool to be there though. I'm sure it will be a great event!

Actually Nathan, it would be beneficial to CF if they would let you come and hold some tech classes and answer some sales related questions for the non-Mini owners who will be there.  icon_mrgreen  Try 'splaining it to Susan that way, maybe that'd work!

I would think that Checkered Flag would want to have a presence at the GWR.  I would have Nathan there in a shirt that reads" I Ordered the FIRST '09 JCW"  and on the back the CF logo!!   People would sure ask questions!!  And the Flag would get the best PR possible!!   066

Well, here we go. MINI decided to hold on to it until the sales release of the JCW which was on Monday. Then MINI pulled a fast one on us and pre-built a JCW Hardtop and a JCW Clubman, didn't tell anyone, and then dropped to us. So We currently have an available JCW Hardtop. It is not available to drive, but available for viewing in the Showroom tomorrow. I will be here. Mine should be arriving tomorrow as well. If that is the case then we may have to try and collect for an ice cream run. Anywho, I'll try to post tomorrow if and when I get it!!!!!

CF really needs to get you all pimped  icon_redface (or prepped, however you'd like to say at it) icon_lol out in some advertising attire for the GWR500 event.  I know sales are excellent right now, but it couldn't 009 hurt by any means.  It puts a thought in a soon to be buyers head and that's a good thing, 045 just ask Martha.  icon_lol

Man, I thought I was happy with the Minii I have. icon_mrgreen

The more I read about this JCW 044 I'm getting tempted 018 to start looking.  Please save me the $$ and grief 075 the Hubby will give me by telling me they are all spoken for. PopcornEmoticon

Well, I am happy to report that my JCW Arrived in great shape Saturday and I picked it up this morning. I have only put about 50 miles on it because it is finals week for school, but Tuesday I will have plenty of time to start breaking it in. The exhaust reminds me of the older style and it has that new redesigned feel. I think it is a great car and I am going to LOVE it. I do have to say it was hard to part with my 2006. I will have to leave my banner up for a while to commemorate to exiting of a great MINI for another   022 

I think we need to have a moment of silence..............
