Hampton Roads Club Mini

When I bought my MINI, the seller included an ALTA silicone intake system in the deal.  He had never installed it, and he left that to me (gee, thanks!) 

So you know what I'm talking about, here's a link:

Anyway, I thought it would be pretty cool to install this until I took it out and looked at it and looked at my engine compartment.  Hmmm... I'm not much of a mechanic and I had visions of screwing this up BIG TIME.

Has anyone else installed one of these?  If so, any helpful hints?  The instructions were pretty good, but the pictures where horrible on the enclosed information sheet.

I've put one on and it's not overly hard. The instructions in the post above will help a lot. The tricky part is getting your fingers in there when hooking up the hoses.
