I know some of y'all also pulled the Run Flats off your MINI's, but I'm glad as anything I did! Before we left for the MTTS event (literally the day before) we put a new set of Yokohama S-Drives on the MINI. I couldn't be happier. Smoother, quieter and way stickier. Through the mountains of WV they worked about as good as any real street could have. Granted, they weren't the Hoosiers, but I am darn happy with them. Also added some negative camber, which I'm sure helped a lot too. I have never had Yokohama's before, being a Hoosier dealer, I always looked at them a the competition. BUt I can whole heartedly recommend them to anyone!

So what are y'all running on the streets?

I'm running a set of Kuhmo MX's on the MINI right now. I'll be looking for a new set of shoes for it pretty soon so I"ll keep the Yoko's in mind.

So your a Hoosier dealer? Can you still get the Dirt Stockers in 13" sizes?

I've got Yoko S-Drives on my Miata.  They are nice and quiet and sticky enough (if there is such a thing).  They feel way different than the old nearly bald Toyo's I had before.  I second the Yoko's.

I'm running the Yoko S-Drives on Chester too.  I love them.  They feel great, stick awesome and are super quiet.   023 023

Mine rolls on Nitto NeoGen's...  they're apparently engineered for lowered vehicles with negative camber.  They remain my favorite street tire after trying the Pirelli PZero Nero's and General Exclaim UHP's.

Fuzion HRs (205/50/16)

Smooth, quiet, and I LOVE 'EM!

Now if I could wrangle up some volunteers to help with the install of my Megan Coilovers, Hsport rear swaybar and Carbotech brakepads!

Food & icy cold beverages on me!
