$700 is probably 50%+ of the mortgage payment...

Here's some inside info for all of you: The last time we rented it, the rent was $700/month and included all utilities and wifi. Jerry's mortgage is around $4000 per month, he financed around $500k. IMO, it's well worth the $700, you aren't going to get the peace and quiet in a complex.
