my Mini was a bit jelous when I found this Hummer!

 I have a 2003 Indy Blue Mini Cooper named Feliz. (Checkered Flag would not let me have the key until I named the car!) So, did they do that to anyone else? What are your cars named? My car has been all up and down the East Coast and we love driving her. Especially on the Blue Ridge. I prefer a motorcycle there, but taking a twisty at over 50mph in a car on the Blue Ridge seemed just as effortless. (no I am not crazy). Driving on the Blue Ridge I was once invited to join in an Austin Healy (spelling?) car rally. They all loved the mini! I participated in the world record event in 2007, car #211 and still have my stickers. I look forward to meeting everyone. -teresa

Welcome to the group.  Sorry to hear about your troubles with CF.  We're on our third MINI/Clubman. Enjoy ever day with them.  In facted I just drove my Clubman out and back from OK city. OH, our MINI's names are Minnie Mae and LiL Stinker. |

Hello and welcome!! Neither of my cars has a name. I bought the MINI up in PA and they had no problem handing me the keys and leaving my car nameless. Looking forward to meeting you and Feliz! |

We've got two -02 Liquid Yellow/Black named ZipZip and an 06 British Racing Green/Black named Rupert. Maybe we'll run into each other soon going up & down Jefferson Ave. Looking forward to meeting you soon.

Welcome! Great buncha people over here at HR MINI! I've been in a TON of clubs of all makes and models over the years. This group (and MINI people as a whole) are the best dang bunch you could ever run across. We have plenty of events coming up, hopefully you'll make some of them! Our Mellow Yellow 07 doesn't really have a name, but we do refer to him as Sting occasionally. Hence the yellow and black. See ya  |

Hi Teresa and welcome OBEHAVE (hubby) didn't name his car, but whenever he asks what car are we taking I never say "yours" always "The Mini". Does that count?  |

Welcome!!! Sorry to hear of your troubles with CF. I've been taken care of well each time I've been to the service department. I named my Mini Shelby Jr. due to the Hubby having a 2007 Ford Shelby GT500 with the same colors. I'm sure I'll meet you soon at one of the up coming Mini events.  You'll find that this is a wonderfull group of fun loving people. Some of us are a little on the odd and wacky side, but that what makes life fun. |

you are all so great! thanks for the warm welcomes. I am sure I will meet up with you guys. I always wave when I am in Feliz. As for not naming your car, and refering to it as "the mini" I kinda liken that to refering to the family pet as "the cat" instead of "my cute and adorable cat Ben". I try not to insult my precious Mini Feliz. She is quite the trooper and has been through allot. I love her! Of course, I gave up trying to keep her scratch free, but she runs great! So, how do I get a cute Feliz Mini graphic/clip art to add to the bottom of my posts?  -teresa |

Welcome to the Nut Farm. This place definitely has a good mix of members, and by looking at this forum, there also very good at the conversation well too. I hop around alot of Mini/MINI websites and this one is by far the chattiest sp?
Our MINI is referred to as Oliver and our other Mini is Bertie. I think my son refers to his Cooper as Battle Station LOL
As for the Flag, I've never had anything but great experiences. I sincerely hope that things will get better for you now.
