I've tried a few different settings and still haven't hit on the right one. I think my server is off.

I think you have to go into your profile and set the GMT time

Make sure the server is set to Eastern Time.  I changed my GMT -4 and that worked.

Please see my question about time in the Chit Chat forum... yeah I know... I put it in the wrong place!!! Just happy to have a nicer place to B.S. around when I can. Do hope it can be corrected soon...beginning to feel like H.G.Wells(time traveler..get it?)
