I'm ok for the most part.  My cardiologist gave me a ration of crap the other day.  Among other things, I've been putting off getting a treadmill and/or joining a gym/fitness place.   I think that Saturday will be the best day to do it.  Well, it'd be a better day than Sunday or Monday.  102   icon_rolleyes

Ribs are strictly verboten! </Sgt Schulz>   090  I'm only allowed to graze in the yard and eat cardboard for fiber for the foreseeable future.  078

That's the thing, I need to join a gym and/or find a treadmill this Saturday, preferably.  I have a three day weekend but I don't want to spend it chasing around doing this stuff.

Why spend so much on a treadmill when there is sidewalks to be run on! And the money you spend on a treadmill...use that money to buy yourself some free weights, medicine ball, bench, etc. Take up GNC and get thier Men's Mega Multivitamin's, a water bottle, and whatever you might need. And your set for working out at home after work or before going to work (don't forget the iPOD  023). When you go to the gym...setup a year membership. And talk to the staff about setting up a goal sheet. Set your goals with them and they will work with you on what you need to work out and on what day and or how many calories. Stock up your fridge with healthy fruits and veggies, water, yogurt or trail mix bars,etc...(for those times you need a snack). Go through your cabinets and get rid of any temptations (ie. Doritos, Fritos, Potato Chips...basically anything with a "to") I could go on.... But that's just the Navy talking.  icon_neutral Need any tips...don't be afraid to PM me.

Welp...got done with a swipe of the clay bar today on the mini. Gonna polish her up tomorrow and run the buffer on her, shiner up inside aswell. Can't wait for the parade. I talked to a girl I knew on the ship that just came back from an IA deployment. Happens she came back and bought a new mini. She did not know there was a Mini club and has lived here her whole life. So I gave her some knowledge on HRmini... and shall see if she shows up Saturday morning. (I doubt it though....but if she does, make room for a nutter mini eh?)
