Car Show in Hampton

I know it's a late mention, but I will be participating in a car show tomorrow at the New Covenant Church on Big Bethel Road in Hampton from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. If you are interested, take I-64 to Exit 263A (U.S. 258 South, James River Bridge). Go down about 1 1/4 miles and turn right on Big Bethel Road (at the Krispy Kreme). Don't speed through here! It's 30 MPH, and Hampton cops watch it like a hawk. Cross over Todds Lane (Papa John's on left; 7-Eleven on right). The church is another 1/4 mile on the left by Bethel High School.
Tonight, I went to a cruise-in at the Langley Christian Church on Fox Hill Road in Hampton. It's every 3rd Friday from 6-10 p.m. Was pretty good. Ran into the ?owner? of Autohaus driving a yellow replica '60s Ford Cobra. I'll post again when the comes up next.
If you have nothing else to do, every Saturday from 5-9 p.m., there is a local classic/modern car meet in Newport News at the Hardee's on Jefferson Avenue near Dresden Drive. If you want to come out, take I-64 to Exit 258A (Rt. 17 South; J. Clyde Morris Blvd.). Go down about a mile and turn left on Jefferson Avenue (Casey Chevrolet on your right). The Hardee's is about 1 1/2 miles on your right, just past Harpersville Road.
And lastly, the late car meet at Bass Pro Shops in Hampton is going on again. Seems the local owners/managers have had a change of heart, so long as no one does anything stupid. Starts after 9 p.m. until whenever.

Very cool Adam
Langley Christian Church on Fox Hill Road is 2 minutes from us. Maybe next time a Smitty's Burger and drop by would be a nice change of pace from sitting around.
