Hi everyone! I'm Tim and I found out about your club from the cross-post about the Monterey event on DC Metro MINIs. I am coming over for that weekend and can't wait. I used to live in the Staunton area and went to Monterey every year as a kid for the Maple Sugar Festival. I'm looking forward to meeting more fellow MINI owners and hearing your stories on the porch at the Inn.
I am on my third MINI - this one is a 2006 PW/B MCS. My wife just bought a 2008 Clubman S, so we are an all MINI family. Unfortunately, she won't be able to make the trip as she is still living in Atlanta. As soon as my job in DC becomes permanent, she will be moving up and is looking forward to future events with all of the area clubs.
See you in Monterey!

We have 40+ MINIs heading to the Cumberland Valley tomorrow morning for some twistie fun. We need to plan some events between us and see what kind of a group we can get together.

We are a two Mini family as well. My wife and I met thru HRMINI. At the time she had an '04 and I had an '02. Currently I'm driving an '03 "S" and my lovely wife is driving an '09 "S". Pretty soon now the debate will begin about which car we will be taking for this Fall Colors Run  We are all looking forward to meeting you and I'm sure we will all be having a GREAT time !! |

Looks like I'll be bringing the Clubman to this run. I'm headed to Atlanta next weekend and I have to bring it back up here for an emission test that the dealership forgot to do when my wife bought it. So, she will be driving my R53 until she can get back up here to trade off.
Good news is that I've ordered CAI's for both, so I'll get to test it out on the Clubby on a mountain run. I've got a lot of other bling on order for both cars as well. I just love what you can do with these things!

Ah yes, the joy of owning two MINI's! When ya buy a mod for one, you have to click the quantity box "2" to keep one or the other from getting jealous. My problem with this is my other MINI is driven by a 20 year old with high tastes. As for having the Clubbie on the Fall Color's Run, don't sweat it. My Clubbie loves the twsties. Hopefully mine will have a few more mods by then too. Looks like I'll be bringing the Clubman to this run. I know the feeling about the mods, when ya get one, ya want them all. LOL I would love an NM engineering sway bar. they look sweet
