Okay, we added the wheels and tired almost as soon as we go the car, but as of the last few weeks I've started to gather a few extra mods. First off, I added the GoMINIGo third brake light pulsar. It's pretty darn cool if I do say so! Tyler put one on his MCS a while back and I thought it was pretty trick so I had to have one. Well, you know us MINI owners, I couldn't stop there. I got a set of side marker tints. Tyler also had them so I was jealous there too. I've got a few more thinks coming, but you'll have to wait. Those other things should be waiting at the house accordint to FedEx's website. Thanks to OutMotoring for those two items!

Here's a couple of pics of the light tints.

Tinted-it does look better not in direct sunlight.

Here's a step by step write up of the third brake light pulsar

The pulsar with a razor blade for size comparison

These 8 torx bolts need to be removed

4 each side

this is the third brake light loose

Third brake light wire

Tape removed from wires

wires cut

wires stripped ready for installation

Installed into the pulsar and screws tightened

All ya need to install

All in all a pretty neat set up. I liked the way it looks especially at night in the very dark. Here's a video from YouTube.

Kewl!  Pictures showing it all.   023

My next mods are expensive... exhaust and an intercooler.  Where's that tax refund?   017

If it's an increase in power mod, may I be allowed one very strong suggestion?

Better tighten up that loose nut behind the wheel first.  039 110 119

Gizmo is feeling a little low today. About an inch low in fact! Eibach springs installed and he goes down tomorrow for a new alignment. Thanks to the Hotchkis lower control arms from WAY motor works. He's sitting pretty nice now! A couple more mods on the way, but this is one of the big ones!

And of course one of the control arms. Look, they match the car!
