I'd like to take a moment and welcome Todd Hartje from Checkered Flag MINI/BMW. I know, they think it's BMW/MINI, but we know the truth. It's good to have someone here from the service side of Checkered Flag. Todd joins Nathan from the MINI sales side of Checkered Flag.
Todd, it's good having you here. Unfortunately, Todd joins us defending Checkered Flags position on a service issue. Most of us here have had good dealings with the folks at Checkered Flag, including both of my MINI's. Don't be a stranger. Feel free to post up any news that you feel is relevant to the MINI community. Also, if the HR MINI membership can be of any assistance, please let us know. I'm sure most of us would be willing to help you out if possible.
