I've receiced the welcome package (the one with the roadside assistnace card and the Unauthorized Owners Manual) twice. This week I received one that I don't think we're allowed to discuss over a non-secured line ;-)

Well, they are chatting up the latest round on NAM. I got mine and followed the instructions. I'd suggest everyone else do likewise.

PS. I wish I could receive the welcome box that brought the nice metal travel mug again. Sadly, a family member lost my travel mug.

02's and 03's got a travel mug because they hadn't yet come out with the cup holders on the down tubes. The travel mugs were the only type that would fit in the tiny cupholders under the toggle switches...
Somehow I got 2 travel mugs - one right-handed and one left-handed, sent to me months apart. What, you are asking, is a right-handed or left-handed mug? Well, when you hold the right-handed mug in your right hand with the cup right in front of you, the logo faces you. When you hold the left-handed mug in your right hand, the logo faces out. Also, each one has a different spill-proof mechanism. Other than the slight differences, they look alike.
The first generation of cup holders on the down tubes were ugly black plastic and didn't work very well. The 'newer' chrome and rubber ones are much nicer...

The boxes have dried up for me, I think after 3 months that is it. But boy it sure was exciting to get all the goodies every few weeks. My husband was amazed everytime another box/basket arrived.

Just received a basket last night. Not only did it have the munchies, coffee, & travel mug but also a nice MINI hat. The mug is ambidextrous, no logo, so the same view with each hand. They must have been out of the logo mugs but it was nice of Jason and the Checkered Flag crew. Our daughter's jealous - only thing she received when buying her Civic was a keychain!
