This is a really cool car show.  I went two years ago and tied for 2nd place in the MINI class (for which there are now two).  It's peer voting, which means all owners vote for their favorite in the other classes.  One thing I was really happy with was the fact it does not matter how much $$$ you spent on your ride (as there will be Porsches, Lamborghinis, and Ferraris there).  Everyone treats the other as an equal.

Keep your eyes open for a couple variations of MG's there as well. I should have as many as three I've done show up.

I may even put Bertie out there as well.

I was in this show last year and joined the local club -- MINI's are most welcome!!!!!  This year I am helping to run the show and entering both of our MINI's -- my clubman and my husbands cooper.  Would love to see enough entered (at least 12) to offer first, second, and third in class.  We have 26 classes including european motocycles (new this year).  The trophies are all peer voted -- except one called the Spectators Award, which anyone visiting the show can vote on.  It also serves as part of our fundraising for Meals on Wheels, as ballots are $1.00.  All the trophies are items that are representative of Williamsburg.

I hope a lot of MINI owners will join me that day!!!!!!! 054

Is anyone from Va Beach or Norfolk going to this? I would love to go but a bit nervous about going alone.

Just wondering if anyone went.  You should have not been nervous.  Everyone that attends is really friendly, much like going to other MINI events.  Not to mention the two ladies that came out to the Pub a couple of times would have been there.
