Correct. Give the Inn a call and mention that you will be with the Mini group on Oct 15-16 for the "Fall Colors Run". First check out their web site at www.highland-inn.com and see what type of rooms that they have, IE: King, Queen, second floor, third floor, ect. then give them a call at 888-466-4682. Looking forward to seeing you there ! |

Leave it to Dave to jump on in before the "official" announcement!  Here's the email straight from Debbie at the Highland Inn. As Dave said, call them directly and reserve the room. HI Dale,
I am so glad your group wants to return! I will hold all 19 rooms at the Inn for you. Please note that the rates went up this year. The group rates are still 10% off and will be Economy: $89.10, Full: $98.10, Queen: $107.10, King: $116.10 and the suites are $125.10 & $134.10.

Last year we had to "settle" for the date they gave us. This year, they're blocking ALL the rooms for us! And remember, if ya don't get in there is the smaller motel down the road, but it ain't got the ambiance the Highland does! and yea, Dave and Kathy had THE room to have! |

There's always the little motel down the street as a last minute alternative. Kurt was there last year and survived. When it gets closer just hit that one up if ya can make it. Would sure be nice to have either one of ya or both! |

I know how ya feel Scott. I have no idea on my schedule as always. This year has been a nightmare to plan for anything. As dale said, I was in the hotel down the road, which is owned by the inn. I still got to do the dinners at the inn and everything else, and it was only a short block walk back at night. I've seen nicer hotels, but I have seen many that were much, much nastier
