While out canyon carving in SoCali I really enjoyed listening to surf music - The Ventures, Dick Dale, etc.
Cruising I like everything from Dire Straits to The Cure to Norah Jones to The Beatles and then some. Occasionally I'll listen to Beethoven and really crank it up!
I guess you could say I'm eclectic. :smt003

Definately Neil Diamond, when I wear Neil out I switch to Billy Joel or Broadway soundtracks. Sometimes just to be different I pop in Simon and Garfunkle. First thing in the morning though I have to have my dose of Tony Macrini on WNIS. Doreen

Great stuff! Sounds like a lot of techno goin' on! Jester - Thank you. I had forgotten Warren Zevon. I'll be playing "Roland the headless thompson gunner" tomorrow morning, Bet on it. Also They Might Be Giants. "Birdhouse" from Flood is the song I sing to my wife when she gets mad at me(I know it by heart).
Today it was a mix, I started out with The Outlaws "Green grass and high tides", then went Pink Floyd "careful with that axe eugene" from Ummagumma, then did a series of Guadalcanal Diary "Litany", "things fall apart" Ghost on the road" and finished up with "Watusi rodeo". Keep the list going! Jeff

If I'm driving fast... Another brick in the wall by floyd always gets my foot a little heavier... and really angry KORN tracks do the same. Good techno can be fun too.

Hey Jester, If you like Warren Zevon, and TMBG, Try some of these songs: Stan Ridgeway(Wall of Voodoo) "Can't complain" Smashmouth "Pet names" Offspring "One fine day" Wall of Voodoo "Drive she said" Ween "pp up a rope" Primus "Winonas big brown beaver"
I guarantee at least some of them will put a grin on your face. Jeff

Goota love the good techno for some spirited driving. But White Zombie's Thunderkiss 65 and music along those line are good for angry agressive driving.
