Here's a link to an older photo:
http://www.cybertekit.net/ssmonte/86ss01.jpg. The paint job has faded somewhat on the hood, roof, and trunk. It has about 165K miles. T-Top seals do leak under heavy rains. Door seals need replacing, too.
Repairs:
http://www.cybertekit.net/ssmonte/86ss01.jpg. Has original 305 CID engine. It does need rebuilding, as the valve seals leak (i.e. light smoke at startup and heavy acceleration), and the rear main seal leaks. Engine still runs good, though.
Stereo:
- 1st-generation Sony X-Plod CD stereo
- Rockford Fosgate front speakers
- Pioneer two-way factory replacement rear speakers
- Competition bandpass box w/two Sony X-Plod 10" 700W speakers
- Boss 600W amp for subwoofers
- Sony 10-disk CD changer
Front tires will probably need replacing. Inspection's good. Oil was changed last fall. Brakes are good. I'd like to get $2,000, but I won't go below $1,500. The stereo equipment alone is worth about $1K.
