If I've missed contacting anyone, we're leaving from the Patriot Square shopping center at the intersection of Rt 17 and Ft Eustis blvd in Yorktown. There's a Wendy's and an Arby's right at the shopping center. Planned meet up time is 3:30, shich I;ll have a hard time making, but Wheels up time is 4PM sharp. 4:01 we'll be heading north!

Kurt and I made it up to Oxon Hill in about 2.5 hours running close to the speed limit. Nice ride up Rt. 17. Weather is great and looks to be awesome tomorrow for the fun!

Camera is at the ready and we'll take lots of pics.

General Wee was already up here and Adam showed up about 9 PM or so. Should be a good day tomorrow.

Indeed we did. What a great time! The drive was nice, man there are some nice houses up y'alls way. Not to mention some great old sites. That Mill house deserves another trip.

MINI of BC was awesome. What an awesome building design. I've never seen so many new MINI's in one place. Probably 30 in the front and the showroom.10 or so just in the showroom! But Kurt said to go around back. There must have been 150 more new MINI's around back. Every combo except my favorite: Sparkling Silver with the Redwood Lounge Leather interior. But there was everything else!

Unfortunately, the other HR MINI members just don't know what they missed!

I know what u mean!  There was a beautiful stone house I sorta laid claim 2  055 ... lol!

The MINI dealership in Alexandria has that same style--seems 2 me that all MINI sans BMW dealerships will have that 'standardized' design, which is really cool.  I never even thought of venturing 2 the back!   075

We saw a Sparkling Silver Sidekick Cabrio out front--I've never seen that color b4 (let alone a Sidekick!), and fell in love w/it!The seats were a really nice dark grey w/white piping (or, it could've been a lighter grey, I suppose) ... had me daydreaming of it sitting in the lot next 2 Scoopie ... u know silver & purple complement each other ...   045.  Hey, I can dream, can't I?
