I've been following this article on NAM for about two weeks about 2010 owners who have been having issues where their MINI won't start up after getting up to temperature and making a stop somewhere:
NAM - 2010 Cooper S 2 Weeks Old and Dies. The problem started with new MINIs purchased roughly late March 2010 forward. windypointmini posted up a long troubleshooting writeup by our very own Checkered Flag MINI where they isolated the problem to a DME software issue. Kudos to their expertise for figuring it out.

P.S. I invited windypointmini to our forum.
