My MINI should be ready by the end of the day today. However, depending on how late it is, I may be opting to go pick it up in the morning. I'm not about to fight Friday traffic to get there by 5:30 p.m. If that is the case, I won't be there for the caravan. But I will be coming straight there from CF.

Looks like we are going to have a great morning for the Cars and Coffee Event... Again don't forget, we'll have cars and coffee of course, also some bagels and danishes from Panera bread... I'm not sure how much will be available for your dining pleasure, but it will be there... I look forward to catching up with everyone tomorrow! See you all then!!!

Just an FYI again, my goal is to block off spaces for all the MINI's. I will have a Florian Laurel Edition which is White with the Red/blue Stripes!  |

Well, my MINI will be in the shop until Monday.  They are overnighting a new seal for the battery box. So, it looks like I can sport the Monte Carlo or the rental. |

A Toyota, I'm guessing  If so, why not bring the Monte Carlo with a "For Sale" sign in the window. Never know, you might find a buyer there. |

Hoping to see all that can get up so early on a Sat. morning at the Cracker Barrel @ Mercury and Powerplant in Hampton tomorrow morning. Planning to leave there headed for Va Beach @ 7am. ish. We will exit I-264 at Witchduck Rd., pass under I-264 and then take the first right onto Mac St., then the first left into the Sears Parking lot. Hoping to meet up with LOTS of fellow HRMINI members there and then all motor on over to the Blooms parking lot as a group.  |

HR MINI rocked cars and coffee!
We had 27 MINI's which totally overwhelmed the rest of the makes COMBINED! Some of the Porsches were at VIR as well as some of the Bimmers and Auidi's "supposedly"! Whatever. We know who rules when it comes to manufacturer loyalty. We responded exactly as I had hoped we would. I'd like to thank everyone that came out, we even had a few folks show up that weren't members and we worked to recruit them to the club.
A bigger thanks goes out to Checkered Flag group for hosting this event. The DC MINI dealers have done something like this for a while now. If they have as good of a time as we did, they're pretty lucky up there. I had a great time. It was good seeing all the folks that don't make it over to the Pub each week. If y'all get a chance shoot Nathan and John Hall at CF MINI a quick email thanking them. I'll get both of their email addy's asap. You can shoot Nathan a PM here, he's the original post in this thread.
I'd like to see something like this each month, either like this event or something smaller at the dealership.
