Usually the configurators in Britan and Italy are the first to have the new models. If you go to MINI.com you can select a different country's configurator to see if its available.

The Configurator for the Countryman will probably be up around the first of the year... They are in the process of completely remodeling the configurator, which should be up later this year... Most likely it will be a while before we see the Countryman on there... They haven't given us any of that information yet... I'm just guesstimating!
