Had posted this to the Fourth Yorktown/Ice Cream drive but perhaps others not planning the drive might be interested ... (have never been to the track for the fireworks)
Can't get to Hampton in time for the MINI drive but noticed that post time at Colonial Downs is not until 5pm this evening in New Kent. There will be a band and fireworks at 9:30 and an "after party" (however that's defined!) at 11pm ..

Anybody else? Seems like it might be a very logical extension to the ice cream drive .. or just a fun evening
(I'll be driving a non-MINI unfortunately .. has something to do with 2345 miles on it to Mt Washington last week and the lease being up in 10 days, gotta spare miles for the next 2 weeks, but I'm assuming MINI people will still be friendly to non-MINI driving MINI people
.. will be taking my son's S2000 which we have long referred to as the rogue MINI when he's done drives with our THMMC club)
