We've been discussing tech sessions....

During Mini Meet East last week in Ohio, I spoke to Waylon of Way Motor Works www.waymotorworks.com about coming to town to do a pulley party or something similar. He's all in favor of it, and has agreed to come up from Atlanta if we can muster up four or more cars to participate. We can't however call it a pulley party since that name is registered by Randy Webb. Waylon suggested we label it a "mod party". As such, he's willing to perform more than just pulley installations. He'll come to town with the necessary tools, equipment and parts to perform any reasonable performance upgrades. All he'll need is garage space to do the work. Anyone interested? If so, let's see a show of hands, and then I'll start working with Way on the arrangements and on a date, perhaps this fall.

Me too, still need a sway bar and Alta positive steering bushings, some springs and silicone cooling hoses throughout!  Also a second job would be nice.

With three we're getting close to the minimum. Any other takers out there for some mods? As soon as we get at least four, I'll contact Waylon and get it set up. Next thing we'll need is garage space on a Saturday.

We have three takers so far, but Waylen needs at least four to make it worth his time to come to town for this. I'll be seeing him over the July31/Aug 1 weekend down in Georgia, and I would like to firm up the deal with him at that time. If anyone else wants in, please post something to that effect relatively soon. I'll get back to you after I see him. Thanks.

If anyone is interested, there are two 15% pulleys on NAM for $50 each (minus shipping?):

OK, you went the wrong way with that one.   116   I meant price quoted was probably without shipping included.  Geez...   icon_rolleyes
