I'm surprised it's for sale.  I also so it featured in MINI and MINI Mag in the UK when I was over there.  While it's not my taste with the flash and the 17" wheels you have to admire the amount of time and effort put into that little monster, done before the days of Zcars rear Honda conversions.

I agree on all points. I just worry about the engineering on it. The roll cage is very spindly too.

I've seen the car in person on numerous occassions and have talked to the original owner as well as the current owner. I never liked the car and never will. The title of this thread says it all, in my opinion. Nuff said.

I would drive it if they gave it to me. But it really isn't a mini anymore. You can always take that Gator junk off.
