Hey guys,
As you all know, I have been with Checkered Flag MINI for over 4 1/2 years now. I have decided that the only way to keep life moving is to get out of the car business. There is no unhappy beef with Checkered Flag, but I will be departing the company in roughly two weeks. I will be doing some temporary work with a family company until I can figure out a way to get into the IT field.... If anyone, knows anyone, that might be able to get me started or in touch with, I would greatly appreciate it. I have some experience in the IT field but not much... I hoping to really get started in the field and make a career out of it. Thanks advance for any advice and tips. I look forward to ACTUALLY having Saturday's off so I can enjoy more H R mini fun!!!

Nathan

Wow Nathan, I don't know what to say. I hate to see a great guy like you leave CF, but I understand YOU have to come first. I think you make a great addition to the CF team and I know you'll be missed over there. I enjoyed dealing with you on the purchase of the Clubbie a few years ago and absolutely, wish you all the best in the world. Sorry I can't help you on the IT side.

As for having Saturdays off and making HR MINI events, I know I speak for everyone involved when I say we'll hold you to it!

Good luck my friend.

Nathan, I have worked in the communications industry for 42 yrs. I currently work for a company in Chesapeake as a subcontractor splicing copper cable. Get in touch with me  and I'll put in a word for you if it is something you might be interested in. Later, Randy

Nathan, i dont know if this is up your alley but I have been in the IT field for 10 years 9 of which have been with the navy, and the training even after a 4 year stint is awesome, and people offer me jobs all the time and invite me to get out because out hands on training is so good.  Just a thought let me know if your interest or if you have questions.
