There's a company called Wet Okole that makes neoprene (wet suit material) seat covers for MINIs. I've seen them installed on cars in CA and they look sharp! Very resistant to almost anything. In addition to their standard MINI covers you can have them make you a custom set in almost any color combination you'd like.

I have to second how great the neoprene covers are in terms of looks...  They sell for approximately $250 per row of seats, so approx. $500 for all the seats in the mini.  Very customizable however... and yes, they do have cut outs or flaps for the side airbag... an important feature.

yep Wet Okole's are the top of the line for seat covers.  another place does MINI seat covers in a good selection of styles and colors and it is called AutoGeek.net.  these seat covers are made out of a denim type material.  we got them for my wife's  MINI and the front/back was $250.
