Paypal processed the dispute and the monies have been fully refunded to my credit card.   027

I made contact with GoMiniGo and received the following pricepoints on their 3rd Brake Light Pulsar:

1-5 units ------->29.99 each
6-9 units ------->27.00 each
10 units  ------->24.00 each
11-20 units ---->22.00 each
21+ units ------>20.00 each

Shipping isn't included with this vendor; however, those of you in the Triangle area (THMMC group) will be able to get your unit(s) from Susan (MINIFIED).  

If you want your unit shipped directly to you, please add $2.00 for shipping for CONUS;  $4.00 for all other addresses.

Conversely, if you aren't interested in the GoMiniGo version, please let me know so that I can process your refund via Paypal.

I'm NOT a happy camper at the moment.  Package should've arrived this past week; no info or response to my emails or phone calls, so I filed a dispute with Paypal.

Now my account at the vendor's website shows that the payment has been refunded, but when I cross-reference it to the Paypal account, no refund is reflected and it hasn't been refunded to my credit card, either!

What REALLY irks me the most is that the vendor's website still shows 956 units available for purchase!

As soon as the funds are returned to me I will be issuing refunds.

I just got off the phone with Paypal; two things will happen no later than 02/20/11:

1.  Vendor responds to Paypal's request for explanation and the merchandise is shipped out.

2.  Vendor doesn't respond at all and the refund is immediately processed.

The rep at Paypal (Adam) stated that Paypal froze the funds and the vendor doesn't have access to the funds at all.

This truly sucks and I feel like I've let everyone down.
