If anyone happens to have a spare LG, since I missed the shirt order deadline. XL is a bit large, but I might opt for it if it's still available.
I might be staying overnight up that way as well.

I just found out there's a biker run at Mr. Whippy's on the same Saturday we'll be there. Might get a little congested. Maybe we'll put off visiting Mr. Whippy's until the afternoon.
Mr Whippy's told me the motorcycles due to arrive 2pm, so we are good for noon.

Since this subject has some many replies, can someone re post the itinerary on the first page? I am somewhat confused as to the when, where and who is going on the run. Thanks Done - full itinerary on Facebook event as well. once we get to Mr Whippy's we will go over the schedule for the day.

Kimberly,
The shirt is yours! I'm going to Freemason Abbey Friday night. If Kathy brings the shirts and you're there, you'll be able to wear it Saturday morning.
BTW, I drive a yellow convertible with black stripes, affectionately known as The Bumblebee. License is VA 08R52. You do know what that means, right?
Nancy

My experience has been that the MC's and MC's know how to play nice together (I keep thinking one year the Great Ice Cream Run needs to go back to being a charity event as it was several years ago and a joint effort ... and have MCs&MCs4IC .. )

I don't see anywhere on this thread where anyone has consolidated the confirmed attendees and it's been my experience that the more names that get posted, the more interest there is in an event ("so many people going, it must be fun!") so I'll take my own suggestion .. So far I'm aware of: * SKARGO & 2FUN4ME (Dave & Kathy) Quality Inn * MINIFIED (Susan +1) MAACODALE (Dale & Regina) LELANE (LeLane) CSBLACK4 (Chuck & Sherry) MIKE (Mike + #?) * BRIAN0758 (Brian) Quality Inn BOBCAT (who hasn't updated his profile to include his name) Bobbi Light WYLDTHANG (ditto!) GOLDIE (Nancy) KPMajor (Kimberly) MINI OOP (Herb + Renee) SIM BOB ( Bob) JUMPINGJACKFLASH (Adam) Harry ScottRiqui (Scott) Troy (Paleo) * Staying over Saturday night (some at Quality Inn, some at Best Western, some at ??)

Here is the official meeting information for the Pony Express trip.
If you want to meet in Hampton at 7am be at Cracker Barrel on Mercury
Breakfast 8am at WaffleTown USA 2113 Pleasure House Road (at Shore Drive) Virginia Beach, VA
Leave Waffle Town at 9:30
Go across Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel (toll $12 and $5 for return trip with receipt within 24 hours) Stop at Rest Stop on right side north of bridge (adjacent to toll booths on south bound side) Leave Rest Stop at 10:30
Arrive Mr Whippy's about noon. 6201 Maddox Blvd., Chincoteague VA 23336
You may meet us at any of the locations. The highligted times are generally time we are leaving that place with the exception of eating breakfast at 8am at Waffle Town.
Bring toll money, sun screen, sunglasses, beach stuff, walking shoes, camera, radios, jacket, shopping and eating money.
A group dinner will be discussed at Mr. Whippy's for Wrights Restaurant.
A few people will be making a weekend of it by staying at the Quality Inn on Maddox Road.
If you are running behind or need help call me Kathy 757-812-5566
