OK you asked for details....  Here you go!

Back in March right before my birthday I decided that the relocation was exceeding my expectations, so I decided it was time to upgrade from my Pepper White 'Justa to an S.  But I wanted to get the max that I could, for a good price.  I schlepped to CROWN MINI in Richmond from Lynchburg, as they were the closest, and met up with Paul Baldwin and told him what I was looking for, and they evaluated mine that day.  I had a number in mind for mine, and they far exceeded my expectations for my 'justa, but didn't have what I wanted.  We went back and forth on several cars, then he sent me the specs on the White Silver / Black roof combo that had all the powertrain and other options that I was looking for (Cold Weather, Premium and Sport Packages, I added Invisishield for the bonnet).

Problem was, and I no longer see it as a "problem" as it's the second one I've bought sight unseen, it was in Jersey.  JERSEY!  Of all places.  I could have driven up there to snag it myself if I had to!!!  So I had to wait for it to make it's way down here and now I have it, and I've never been happpier.  CROWN gave me $2,500 off of the sticker price, a great deal on my trade in, and I did the transaction on line, as they told me to not drive "their" car back down as there was no need to, and now I have ça va; Literal translation in French: it goes

Until I have time to build a webpage, this link will have to suffice in the interim, as I now have several roadtrips on my docket, including MINI's On Top in mid June.  But I do hope I now can start attending some of the other runs you all at HRCM go on, and I'd love some stickers from you all if I can get them   023

I also purchased our 2011 Chili Red Mini S from Crown Mini. +500 for their excellent service. Seriously, they are doing things right at this dealership.

Thanks Dale!

Now I can start attending more runs now that mileage is no longer an issue, just travel time.  It was a long month of not driving; and now I'm free to wander again!!!
