Today was a very HAPPY Day!!  I picked up my 2011 Ice Blue Mini Cooper Convertible... the replacement to PHLPPR (2009 Horizon Blue Mini Cooper Convertible with denim blue top here after referred to as THE LEMON)!!!   



I have to give a shout out to Jim Anderson & Brian Fellini at Checkered Flag.  They were AWESOME in getting this car replaced.  BMW & Checkered Flag really stepped up did everything that was necessary to get me out of The Lemon and into a new Mini Convertible in a way that I feel was very fair to me.



In all honesty I am withholding judgment about CF Mini Service until I have to take in the new car (which I hope isn't for a VERY long time!!!!!).  I will give them an opportunity to re-win my trust, but they will have to work for it!
