 icon_question Hi all, I have decided to start changing the oil myself and would like advice on what type of oil to use as well as what weight. I have a 2005 MCS. Also, what type of filter and where do you buy it. Does advance auto parts carry the filter i need or should I order it online.

Here is a thread on NAM that explains how to change your oil:  NAM - Oil Change How-To.  You want to use fully-synthetic 5W-30 or 5W-40.  Previously, I used Mobil 1 because I was going to CF.  Since switching to AutoHaus on the Peninsula (quicker, no hour-long drive over to Va. Beach), I have switched to Pennzoil Platinum.

Whats AutoHaus charge you for an oil change?
