If I had a big ol' piece of land and a bunch of money, I'd LOVE to be the guy that owns this place. Hell, I'd love to own one of the garages! What an awesome concept. Do y'all think this would fly anywhere outside of a major metropolitan area? You'd definitely need people with deep pockets to buy a garage space.

You build it Dale, and maybe we all can get garages!  We could do Mini events right there then.  LOL

That's a great idea.  Only thing is... at those prices, you might as well buy your own piece of land and build your own garage.

No doubt, $34K for a smallish garage to $107K+ for a larger unit 103

Must be a pretty affluent neighborhood. Of course, ya didn't see very many beaters in those garages. High end exotics and restored cars. I'm thinking very few daily drivers are housed there!

aww come on now, our daily drivers are plenty deserving of a home like that, just cuz you cant live in a place for 37K doesnt mean your car cant right? minis arent high end exotics, theyre better, theyre just as fun, and actually affordable enough to enjoy every single day.
