Figured id start off right by introducing myself. My name is Chris i just purchased an 04 Mini Cooper S. Needs a little work here and there to get it to where id like it to be but its not to bad for the most part. Im coming from the VW scene had a few GTI's and a Jetta, the Mini was kind of an impulse buy for me was just shopping for cars needed something saw it and got it.

Guess my first question would be where do you all bring your cars for repair, the car needs a new belt tensioner from the sounds of it and id feel more comfortable letting someone that knew these cars do it then tackling it myself.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Chris

If you're on the Peninsula head to the Autohaus in Yorktown, they've worked on my MINI's and several other members MINI's. On the southside, it's Atlantic Autoworks. Also have worked on both of my MINI's as well as countless other members MINI's.

Sorry, Don't have phone numbers handy but can post them later.
