I finally took my baby in to get a leaky tire looked at, and I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the facility, the staff attitude, and the amenities provided to customers. It was very nice. I did not get a loaner because of the fact that I only made the appointment yesterday, so I brought all of my work stuff into the lounge and worked while I waited thanks to the free WiFi.
There was in fact a nail in my tire, so I am now extremely grateful for paying extra for the Road Hazard coverage as that covered the work completely (~$250 worth).
So, thanks to Frank and CF for the good work and a clean car, and thanks to Simon for selling me the extra coverage!

i too love the servise there. they do a great job of trying for 100% costumer sat. they even talked me into a convertible as a loner 4 3 days. liked it some but was glad to get mini me back.

I've been in to CF several times in the last year for a variety of warranty work ('02 MINI, so was trying to get everything done before expiration!). I've been very impressed with everyone there every time I go. Kudos to all at CF!

I only bought an oil filter from CF and I was welcomed like I was purchasing a new MINI. I also got the same response from Crown here in Richmond when I got both of my grille badges, my sun shade and my micro air filter. At least the VA MINI dealers have better cust. serv. than what I have read on NAM of other dealers in other states.
