Things continue to go well.  I'm down to 276 from 305 this morning!  Working out has become routine, and I enjoy it a lot.  I've had a lot more energy these days, and strangely, a lot more is getting done around the house!  Hmmm... 8)

Anyhow, I just wanted to share... no need to leave a bunch of kudo's and keep it ups.  Doing well is it's own reward.

You can add Scott and I to the list - I've lost 20 pounds and he has lost 26 in the past two months.

I see a great new ad campaign for mini - Buy a mini, lose weight on both chassis!

Peace,
Riqui

I think the only consolation that I can offer for the fact that men tend to lose weight faster than women is that we die sooner.   002   God bless us, everyone.  :D   Good job ppls.

That's okay - it keeps up at this rate and he will start gaining weight rather than losing it faster than me because I will feed him chocolate syrup through an IV in his sleep! He's even said that once his weight loss eclipses mine by too much, he's going to start lying to me and tell me he's plateaued, lol. Good husbands have a well-tuned sense of self-preservation!   :smt118

 I've been away for awhile and couldn't help noticing this thread. My better half and I have also taken up better health by cutting out all junk food and eating smaller portions, and doing the 30 minutes or more a day of walking. Yes indeed, walking all by itself is a lot more benaficial then some consider and its easy too. Another big benefit that I haven't seen talked about yet is the improved gas mileage we'll all be getting once we ask are MINI's to haul around less cargo, oh yeah and more speed too :!:

I'm one of "those" people that don't own a MINI!
